Read moreBarry K Winetrobe is a parliamentary and constitutional consultant. For many years he worked in senior posts in the Commons Research Service, and briefly at the Scottish Parliament. He also taught at a number of Universities on Constitutional Law and Politics.
He has written extensively on parliamentary and constitutional matters, and has been an adviser and witness to several parliamentary committees at Westminster and elsewhere.
Barry is also one half (the lesser half!) of JB Seatrobe, author of two ‘light’ political books, Political London and Oh, Prime Minister, and of many articles in Total Politics magazine since its inception.
