James is a politics graduate who has worked in the parliamentary offices of two Government ministers, and more recently as a lobbyist for the advertising industry. He is still a part-time consultant, on issues around advertising to children and the digital sector.
His proudest achievement to date is a 5th place finish in the 2006 ‘Christleton to Waverton’ fun run. He is also the captain of a Sunday football team called Politics FC.
James is currently training to be a journalist, and has spent a week in the Parliamentary Press Gallery.
